Refund policy
Immediate refunds are accepted, without question, within 12 hours of purchase, before an item goes into the active shipping queue.
If you receive your item broken, please contact Amanda Joy Wells at sublimepottery@gmail.com within 3 days of your package arriving, WITH MULTIPLE DETAILED PHOTOGRAPHS OF (1) THE ITEM BREAKAGE AND INNER PACKAGING (2) THE SHIPPING BOX AT MULTIPLE ANGLES to get a full refund on your order once the claim has been approved. These photos are necessary for us to open a shipping claim. Insufficient photographic documentation may result in a shipping claim and subsequent refund being denied.
If you receive your item and it is different than what was documented in the listing photos and description, contact Amanda Joy Wells at sublimepottery@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase for the option of a full refund and return shipping label or an appropriate partial refund to accommodate the discrepancy.
If you receive a piece in the same condition as what was documented in the listing, refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase by the original purchaser. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the refund (see RETURNS section below). Before returning a piece, notify Amanda Joy Wells at sublimepottery@gmail.com.
If you did not receive your package, please contact Amanda Joy Wells at sublimepottery@gmail.com as soon as possible. Opening a claim with our shipping insurance provideris the responsibility of Sublime Pottery. The refund is the responsibility of the shipping insurance provider and may take 2-6 weeks to complete a claim. An incorrect/unverified address or an unsecured delivery location resulting in a stolen package may result in a shipping claim and subsequent refund being denied.
If a problem occurs with a refundable piece after delivery, contact Amanda Joy Wells at sublimepottery@gmail.com so we can arrive at a resolution.
All refunds will be issued back to the account, debit card or credit card that the transaction was completed with.
RETURNS
If a refundable piece is deemed 'returnable', it is important to securely re-pack the order in its original packaging in order to get a prompt refund.
If a piece arrives to you in a different condition than what was documented in the listing, Sublime Pottery will purchase a shipping label and send you a PDF that you can print out.
If you are responsible for return shipping, it is necessary to purchase adequate insurance (including the shipping cost) in the event that a package is lost or damaged upon return, which is not refundable. Return shipping insurance claims for loss or damage are the responsibility of the label purchaser. With this in mind, it is important to save your proof of return, which includes (1) return label receipt, (2) adequate insurance and (3) a verifiable tracking number.
The appropriate refund will be applied once the returned package arrives at Sublime Pottery studio in the condition it was originally received in.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Duties, taxes and VATs are not refundable by this shop. Sellers are not able to pay these costs for you.
Overseas customers are encouraged to contact their local postal or customs facilities to apply for a refund of these costs in the event of a return.
It is the customer's responsibility to be familiar or knowledgeable with their country's procedures and costs on imported items.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Clearance Sale items that state 'sales are final' in the listing are not refundable.
Breakage caused by rough and improper usage is not refundable.
Exchanges are not accepted.
If a Sublime Pottery piece was purchased as a gift, an applicable refund can only be issued to the account used by the original purchaser.
